In each case two tamping tools (12, 13; 14, 15), which can be adjusted with respect to each other in the track longitudinal direction and can dip together into a space (F1, F2) between the sleepers, form an expanding tamping-tool pair (16, 17). Only two such expanding tamping-tool pairs or groups (16, 17), for the purposes of dipping into two directly adjacent spaces (F1, F2) formed between sleepers, are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the track and form a twin expanding tamping assembly (7). Specific tamping is thus made easier, even when the distances between sleepers vary. The two expanding tamping-tool pairs or groups are mounted on a common tamping-tool carrier (18) and are connected to a drive (22) for common vertical adjustment. <IMAGE>

The invention relates to railway transport, in particular to machines for tamping transverse rail track. The famous tamping machine comprising a frame mounted on the undercarriages on which the tamping unit with a vertical rotation drive, mounted in a support type, is mounted, on which the tamper trim is mounted, connected in series and connected with a drive, placed on the tamper symmetry axis, placed on the tamper pattern, which is mounted in series on the tamper pattern, which is mounted in series and connected with a drive placed on the tamper symmetry axis and placed on the tamper pattern. The drive is displaced, with the working surfaces of some tamper races directed towards the axis of symmetry, and others from it- 1. A disadvantage of the known tamping machine is the uneven sealing of ballast ballast. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of compaction through a more uniform density of compactable ballast. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a tamping machine, comprising a frame mounted on traveling trolleys, on which a tamping and punching unit with vertical movement is fixed, made in the form of a support, on which the tamper mounts, mounted sequentially and connected with a vibrodrive, are hinged, placed on the axis of symmetry of the tamping unit, through a displacement drive, the working surfaces of some tamper heads pointing towards the axis of symmetry, and the others from it, the tamping unit connected in d e pairs, the distance between the axes of which corresponds to the average step between the sleepers, wherein the working surfaces shpaloprdboek in each pair facing in opposite CTOpOHbl. It is preferable to drive the displacement drive in the form of two nuts and a lead screw with a right and left-handed thread. In addition, in order to improve the sleeper ends, an extra tamper was installed on the tamping unit. .In addition, a sealing device is fixed on the frame. The tamping machine 1 has a frame 2 mounted on the undercarriages 3. On the frame 2 a tamping device 4 is mounted with a drive 5 of vertical movement. The tamping unit 4 is made in the form of a support 6, on which are tamped 7-10, installed in series and connected to the vibrodrive 11, which is located on the axis of symmetry of the tamping unit 4, through the actuators 12 and 13 displacement. Tamper jacks 7-10 are connected in two pairs 14 and 15, the distance between the axes of which corresponds to the average distance between the sleeper 16-18, while the working surfaces of the sleeper tacks in each pair are facing the opposite direction, namely the working surfaces of the sleeper taps 8 and 9 facing to the axis of symmetry of the tamping unit 4, and the working surfaces of the tamper pans 7 and 10 - from this axis of symmetry. Drives 12 and 13 of moving the sleeper taps are made either in the form of two hydraulic power cylinders, a libre in the form of two nuts 19, a hinge associated with the tie-sleeves, and a lead screw 20 with right and left threads mounted on support 6. In the case of using hydraulic power cylinders of a tamper are connected to the vibrodrive 11 through the displacement actuators 12 and 13, and in the case of a displacement actuator in the form of a spindle with nuts with a vibrodrive .11, the upper ends of the two pairs 14 and 15 of the pins are directly connected. To improve the tamping of the rubble ballast, additional sleeper jacks 21 are located on both end sides of the sleepers on the sleeper tappable unit 4. The working surfaces of these sleeper tacks are facing the end faces of the sleeper 16-18. A sealing device 22 can be mounted on the frame 2 of the tamping machine 1. It consists of four located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the machine. 1, seals the sleeper box 23. The tamping machine operates as follows. The tamper is fed in the working direction until the tamping unit 4 is above the sleeper 1.7 and the pairs 14 and 15 and tallering above the sleeper ribs 24 and 25. The tamping unit 4 is lowered by a drive 5 of vertical movement to the working position, with this tamper 7-10 down
into the sleeper boxes 24 and 25. After this, the actuators 12 and .13 move, which move the jacks 7 to 10, with the tamper jacks in each pair 14 and 15 moving in opposite directions. The tamper blades beat and compact the crushed-stone ballast under the adjacent sleepers 16–18 in the sleeper boxes 24 and 25.
Simultaneously with the lowering of the tamping unit 4, additional tamper jacks 21 are also lowered. They move the crushed stone ballast to the ends of the sleepers and at the same time compact it.
During the operation of the sleeper tamper, the sealing device 52 is also put into operation. The four shpine box 23 seals seal
ballast ballast in shpshny box 26, in which the crushed stone ballast was sealed in the previous process of tamping with tamper 7 and B pair 14. When performing a paired tamping unit according to
FIG. 1-5, it is possible to envisage switching by means of which the tamping devices of the sliding-sliding pairs are switched on to the in-phase vibration during the anti-phase vibration of the devices of both the tamping pairs.
Crushed stone from individual sleeper crates with the help of the proposed lining machine spreads more evenly over a longer stretch of path. Moreover, it is possible to perform work with greater speed.
